How can I get an immediate exchange or refund?

You can return your items to the store where you bought them for an immediate 

exchange or refund. 

Please take note of exceptions below before heading to a store. 


Return unused items in their original packaging with the price tag attached 

and we’ll refund the item(s) in the same way you paid, minus delivery charges 

(if applicable). 


Remember to take the invoice or delivery note with you to the store.


Exceptions:

  • We don’t accept returns or exchanges for hygiene items and personalized goods.
  • Unused wearable tech can be returned within 30 days if received with original packaging.
  • Furniture and Galaxy returns require courier collection and assessment for refund processing.
  • Items sold by Bash (Canvas, Iconography) require courier collection for refund processing.
  • American Swiss and Sterns jewellery must be returned in-store and require assessment for refund processing.
