How does jewellery valuation and ring sizing work?

You can take your item to the "sold by" store and a staff member will assess it and give you a quotation that's valid for 7 working days. You're not obligated to accept it, but there will be an assessment fee.

Once we receive your approval, we'll get started on resizing your ring. We can only resize rings in very limited circumstances. Please confirm the correct size before we start.

We'll send you an email or SMS with the expected completion date. Please note that there may be delays during peak trading periods. You have 90 days to collect your item once it's ready.
