If the item is damaged or defective, we’ll repair, replace, or refund the item to the same value and in the same way that you paid for the item. We will also refund the assessment fee.
If the damage is due to customer negligence, we’ll repair or replace the item at the price provided to you in the quotation. The assessment fee will not be refunded. You’re not obligated to accept the quotation.
If you choose to repair the item, you will receive an email or SMS confirming the expected completion date. Please note that delays may occur during peak trading periods.
You have 90 days to collect the item once it’s ready.
