Can I return my product?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible items.

Return unused items for an immediate exchange or refund in-store in their original packaging, with the price tag attached. We’ll refund the item(s) in the same way you paid, minus delivery charges (if applicable). 

Volpes items purchased from Bash online cannot be returned to Volpes stores. If you would like to return Volpes items in-store, please return them to your nearest @home store. 

Or we can arrange a courier collection for a refund. Once the items are collected and have arrived at our warehouse, your refund will be processed. To arrange a courier collection open the "Help" widget at the bottom right of the screen and select "Returns".
