For many items, you can return them to the store you bought them from for an immediate exchange or refund. However, some brands require a courier collection instead.
If a product is "Online exclusive", like in the example below, it can only be returned via courier. To arrange a courier, open the "Help" widget at the bottom right of the screen and select "Returns".
Once the items are collected and have arrived at our warehouse, your refund will be processed.
