How can I exchange my item?

You can return your items to the store where you bought them for an immediate exchange or refund. We can only process refunds for returns via courier at this time, not exchanges.

If you can't go to a store, you can arrange for a courier to pick up your items. We'll process a refund once the items arrive at our warehouse. 


Refunds can take up to 7 working days to reflect in your account.
