How can I exchange my item?

You can return your items to the store where you bought them for an immediate exchange 

or refund. We can only process refunds online at this time, not exchanges.

But don't worry, if you can't go to a store, we can also arrange for a courier to pick up your 

items and process a refund once they arrive at our warehouse. 

Refunds can take up to 10 days to reflect in your account.
