Why can't I return my item?

Do you have your item?

You need to be in possession of the item you want to return. 


Once you've received the item, please wait at least 10-15 minutes before logging the return to allow our system to update.

Each item has a unique return policy 

Most items can be returned by following our easy automated return process, including all items "sold by Bash". Some require assistance from an agent.


  • Jewellery and furniture: Returns must be arranged manually; please ask to speak with an agent when you open the "Help" widget and have chosen "Returns".
  • Store-only returns: Bring these items to the nearest sold-by store for return assistance.


30-day return policy

Initiate the return within 30 days of receiving the item. Note that some items have different policies.


The item must be eligible for return

Check the product display page to understand the return policy for your item. Items like underwear or earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Visit our return policy for more information. Returning your item in-store is much faster as it results in an immediate refund, plus you'll have the option to exchange your item. Keep in mind that items "sold by Bash" and "sold by Galaxy"must be returned via courier. Additional rules may apply.
