Why can't I return my item?

Have you received your item?

To be eligible for return, the item must be delivered or collected at your selected pickup point. If you've received it, please wait 10-15 minutes before logging the return to allow our system to update.

30-day return policy

Initiate the return within 30 days of receiving the item. Note that some items have different policies, like electronics that have a 12-month warranty.

Check the product display page to understand the return policy for your item. Intimates like underwear or earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
