How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery or collection to return the goods.


If  goods were purchased from a TFG store, you can return them to any TFG store from which they originate 

  • For example, Totalsports goods can be returned to any Totalsports store
  • Please bring the invoice, delivery note or returns form


If you need to return goods via courier, you can log a return by chatting to us

  • Open the "Help" widget at the bottom right of the screen and select "Returns". 
  • We will arrange for a courier to collect the goods (excluding American Swiss and Sterns goods) within 3-5 working days. 
  • Any goods listed as “sold by Galaxy” or listed as “sold by Bash” can only be returned via courier.


When returning goods via courier, you will need to complete the returns form and specify the reason for the return.

  • Please return unused items in their original packaging with the price tag attached. 
  • We will refund the item(s) in the same way you paid, minus delivery charges.
