How do I return an item?

We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item, and we want to make the process as easy as possible for you. Here are the steps you need to follow:


1. You have 30 days from the date of delivery or collection to return the goods.


2. If the goods were purchased from a TFG store, you can return them to any TFG store from which they originate (for example, Totalsports goods must be returned to any Totalsports store). Please bring along the invoice, delivery note or returns form.


3. Please note that any goods listed as “sold by Galaxy” and goods listed as “sold by Bash” are excluded and can only be returned via courier.


4. If you need to return goods via courier, you can log a return with our Bash Support Team. We will arrange for a courier to collect the goods (excluding American Swiss and Sterns goods) within 3-5 working days. Chat with us to collect - open the Help widget at the bottom right of the screen and choose 'Returns'.


5. When returning goods via courier, you will need to complete the returns form and specify the reason for the return.


6. Please return unused items in their original packaging with the price tag attached. We will refund the item(s) in the same way you paid, minus delivery charges.
