We will attempt to deliver 3 times
If our couriers can't deliver because they couldn't reach you or the address is incomplete or invalid, we'll try to contact you to arrange a second attempt.
If we're still unable to deliver after 3 attempts, or if you don't collect your items within 10 days, we'll return it to our warehouse and process a refund to your original payment method.

This may take up to 10 working days to reflect in your account.
You'll receive an SMS when your delivery is handed over to our couriers, and another SMS when it's on the way to you. You can also track the status of each delivery/collection in your order on your Bash profile on the web or app.
