Delivery
We will attempt to deliver three times.
If our couriers can't deliver because they couldn't reach you or the address is otherwise invalid, we'll contact you to arrange a second attempt, which will usually be the next day. If we're still unable to deliver after three attempts, your order will be returned to our warehouse and we'll process a refund to your original payment method.
Collection
If you don't collect your order within 8 days, we'll return your order to our warehouse and process a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds may take up to 10 working days to reflect in your account.
You'll receive an SMS when your delivery is handed over to our couriers, and another SMS when it's on the way to you. You can also track the status of each delivery/collection in your order on your Bash profile on the web or app.
