What happens if I missed the delivery or could not collect?

Bash Delivery

We deliver orders to selected areas using our own courier service, Bash Delivery. When your 

order is delivered through Bash Delivery, we'll try to deliver it three times, but if we don't catch 

you, we'll convert it to a collection.


If our couriers can't deliver because they couldn't reach you or the address is incomplete or 

invalid, we'll try to contact you to arrange a second attempt. If you choose to collect your items, 

you have 10 days to do so and can wait until all the items in your order are ready for collection.

If we're still unable to deliver after 3 attempts, or if you don't collect your items within 10 days, 

we'll return it to our warehouse and process a refund to your original payment method. 

This may take up to 10 working days to reflect in your account.

You'll receive an SMS when your delivery is handed over to our couriers, and another SMS 

when it's on the way to you. 

You can also track the status of each delivery/collection in your order on your Bash profile on 

the web or app.
