Where your order shows a specific delivery or collection date, use it as your guide and check each parcel’s latest date in Orders. Furniture follows a separate fulfilment journey and may have a later date. For mixed baskets, checkout and order confirmation show the latest date across all items; parcel tracking shows dates per parcel. Furniture appears separately in order messages even if its date matches another parcel. Dates may change as your order progresses. For warehouse collection, wait for Bash to confirm that your furniture is ready before travelling.
If no expected date is available, furniture delivery or collection usually takes 5–10 working days.
Furniture-only orders
Delivery at a fee (see delivery policy) or you can collect your order for free at the nearest warehouse.
Orders containing furniture and other items
Delivery only.
Tip: If you want to collect the furniture items from a warehouse, move the other items to your wishlist and check them out separately.
