What is your delivery policy?

Free delivery

Excluding furniture, delivery is free for all orders valued at R650 or more.

If an expected delivery date is shown at checkout, in your order confirmation or in Orders, use that date as your guide. Checkout and order confirmation show the latest date across your items, while tracking shows a date for each parcel. Expected dates may change.

If no expected date is shown, delivery usually takes 2–4 working days, up to 7 working days in regional areas and 7 or more working days in remote areas. Deliveries take place between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Bash Couriers only deliver to physical addresses within South Africa.

You can stay up to date on the progress of your order by tracking it online. Alternatively, why not try collect?

Furniture deliveries

Furniture items are delivered separately from other items. If an expected furniture delivery date is shown, use that date as your guide and check Orders for updates. If no expected date is available, furniture delivery usually takes 5–10 working days. Bash will email you to confirm your scheduled delivery date.

A delivery fee, calculated at checkout, will be applied to your furniture order. The fee is calculated using your address's distance from our warehouses. The furniture delivery fee includes unpacking, assembling, placing in the room of your choice and removing the packaging.

Please ensure sufficient space to receive the goods. Our couriers cannot hoist goods onto balconies.

If your order includes items other than furniture, these will be delivered separately, with no additional delivery charge.
