Free delivery
Delivery is free for orders, excluding furniture, valued R500 or more. A delivery fee of R50 is charged for orders under R500.
Delivery will be made within 3 to 5 working days from the date your order was placed and takes place between 9am and 5pm from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Bash Couriers only support delivery within South Africa and to physical addresses.

Furniture deliveries
Furniture items are delivered separately from other items.
A delivery fee, calculated at checkout, will be applied to your furniture order. The fee is calculated using your address's distance from our warehouses. Furniture delivery fee includes unpacking, assembling, placing in the room of your choice and removing the packaging.
A Bash representative will call you after you place your furniture order to confirm delivery dates and time.
If your order includes other items than furniture as well these will be delivered separately, with no additional delivery charge.
Please ensure sufficient space to receive the goods and keep in mind that our couriers aren't able to hoist goods onto balconies.

For RICA orders
Please note that where delivery of a SIM card takes place, you are required to have your Green Bar-Coded ID book and proof of your residential address (like a bank statement, TV license, rates or Telkom account) with you that is not older than 3 months, when the courier delivers your SIM card. If you do not have the required documentation at hand, delivery of the SIM will not be able to take place as this is a legal requirement.
