Delivery timelines:

• Orders are delivered within 3-5 working days. This may be affected during peak periods. 
   
• Delivery to regional areas can take up to 7 working days.
  
  
• Furniture orders require 5-10 working days for delivery. We'll send you an email to confirm the scheduled delivery date.

When you order multiple items, they may not all arrive at the same time. We'll keep you updated on the progress of each delivery in your order.

You'll receive an SMS when your order is handed over to our couriers and another SMS when it's on the way. You can also track the status of each delivery in your order on your Bash profile on the web or app.

There may be slight delays during peak periods but we'll let you know if there are any issues with your order.
