Haven’t heard from us in a while? Keep our delivery timelines in mind.

We'll keep you updated on the progress of each delivery in your order. You'll receive an SMS when your order is handed over to our couriers and another SMS when it's on the way.
We source items from different stores and warehouses across South Africa. Your items might be in different locations, so we may need to send them in separate parcels.

Your delivery time depends on your location

Delivery to urban areas are delivered within 3-5 working days.
Delivery to regional areas can take up to 7 working days.
Furniture orders require 5-10 working days for delivery. We'll send you an email to confirm the scheduled delivery date.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays or peak seasons.
