When you order multiple items, they may not all arrive at the same time. But don't worry,
we'll keep you updated on the progress of each delivery in your order.
You'll receive an SMS when your order is handed over to our couriers, and another SMS
when it's on the way to you. You can also track the status of each delivery in your order
on your Bash profile on the web or app.
Most orders are delivered within 3-5 working days.
Delivery to regional areas can take up to 7 working days.
Furniture orders take a bit longer, usually 5-10 working days. We'll contact you to confirm a delivery date for furniture orders.
There may be slight delays during peak periods. But we'll let you know if there are any issues
with your order.
