Why is my order arriving in multiple shipments?

We pack your orders from the store or warehouse closest to you. 


Sometimes, we need to source your items from multiple locations. This means that your order may arrive in multiple packages, and they may not arrive on the same day. 


You'll receive an SMS when the delivery is handed over to our couriers, and another SMS when it's on the way to you. You can also track the status of each delivery in your order on your Bash profile on the web or app.


We're working on improving this process and will let you know when things change.
