If you paid for an order using two payment methods, your refund goes to one of them — not split back the way you paid.
Where it goes

| A gift card and anything else (not TFG Money) | A new Bash gift card | 2 Business days |
So if you paid part on your card and part from TFG Money, the whole amount goes to TFG Money — including the part you paid by card.
You can spend TFG Money at Bash and any TFG store. Gift card credit can be spent at Bash.
If we can't refund your original method
If your card has been closed or cancelled, we'll contact you for your bank details and pay you by EFT.
