How do refunds work when I paid with multiple payment methods?

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method, except in the following cases:

  • If you made a split payment with TFG Money, the full amount will be refunded to your TFG Money account.

  • If we’re unable to refund to the original payment method (for example, if your card has been cancelled), we’ll contact you to request your bank details so that we can issue an EFT refund.

  • If you received an in-store refund after paying online with MoreTyme, the store will give you cash back, and not update your MoreTyme facility. 

Refunds take up to 10 days to reflect back in your account.
