If your order shows a specific delivery date, use that date as your guide. Sign in to your Bash profile, select Orders and check each parcel’s latest date. The general timelines below apply where no specific date is available.
expected dates may change as your order progresses. Checkout and order confirmation show the latest date across the order; parcel tracking and Packed & On The Move show a date per parcel. Furniture may have a later date.
General delivery estimates when no specific date is available
Urban areas: 2–4 working days. Regional areas: up to 7 working days. Remote areas may take longer because couriers service them less frequently; chat with our support team for assistance. Furniture: 5–10 working days; we’ll contact you to confirm the scheduled delivery date. There may be delays during peak periods.
