Why do I still see items in my cart after I've purchased them?

This happens due to a brief delay.

After you've completed your purchase and see the "Purchase Successful" screen, you may still see the items in your cart. This happens due to a brief delay where items that were purchased are not immediately removed from the cart.

What should I do?

We'll send you a payment confirmation email or SMS once your order has been paid that includes an estimated delivery date and a link to track your order on your Bash profile. 

Wait 5 minutes and check your order history to ensure the order has gone through before making another purchase and to avoid duplicates.

We're working on improving this and will let you know if things change.
