Where an expected collection date is displayed, check Orders for each parcel’s latest date and status. Parcels may become ready on different days and expected dates may change. “Collect from” is the expected date, not confirmation that the order is ready. For TFG store collection, wait for Ready for Collection and the latest Collection Code. For furniture collection, wait for Bash to contact you as described below.
Collect from a TFG store
Choose an eligible TFG store during checkout:
- select Collect at checkout;
- choose the store that is most convenient for you;
- wait for the Ready for Collection email or SMS; and
- take your order number and the latest six-digit Collection Code received to the selected store.
You do not need to bring identification for Click and Collect from a TFG store. If your order contains multiple parcels, they may become ready on different days. After a partial collection, a new Collection Code will be sent for the remaining parcels.
Collect furniture from a distribution centre
Furniture collection follows a separate process. Choose an available distribution centre at checkout and wait for Bash to contact you when the order is ready. You will need your order details and identification when collecting furniture.
