What are my options for collection and how does it work?

Collect in-store

Choose from over 800 TFG stores nationwide. 

• Select "Collect" at checkout
• Pick the store most convenient for you
• You'll get a OTP for your order
• Present your OTP upon collection
• If your order has multiple packages that are delivered separately, we'll send you an OTP for each delivery

Collect furniture from our warehouse
Have your furniture delivered to one of our distribution centres in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Nelspruit, Bloemfontein, or Gqeberha. 

1. Select "Collect" at checkout
2. Choose the distribution centre most convenient for you
3. We'll contact you when your items are ready for collection
4. Bring your ID and order details when you collect your order
