What are my options for collection and how does it work?

Collect in-store

Choose from over 800 TFG stores nationwide. 

Select "Collect" at checkout and pick the store most convenient for you, your order will be 

delivered to the collection point you chose. 

If your order has multiple packages, they might not arrive at the same time. But don't sweat it, 

you'll get a collection OTP for each delivery so you can collect them all at once when they're all ready.

You'll need to show your pin and photo ID at the store.

Collect furniture from our warehouse
Have your furniture delivered to one of our distribution centers in Johannesburg, Cape Town, 

Durban, Nelspruit, Bloemfontein, or Port Elizabeth. 

Select "Collect" at checkout and choose the distribution centre that's most convenient for you. 

We'll contact you when your items are ready for collection.
