I haven't received my collection OTP. What do I do?

Go to your profile and check under "Orders". Collections that have been delivered to your pickup point will say "Ready for Collection".

If your order contains multiple packages, you'll receive a notification for each delivery with 
your latest collection date and an OTP for each collection.

If you can see that your item has been delivered to your pickup point but you still haven't 
received your OTP, please get in touch and we'll help you out.
