What is your collection policy?

Free collection for orders over R500

Your order will be ready for collection within 3-5 working days from the order date. You can track your order online to stay updated on its progress.

Here's how:

Select "Collect" at checkout.
Choose the store that's most convenient for you.
When your items are ready, you'll receive a notification and an OTP.
Use the OTP to collect your items in-store.
There is a R25 collection fee for orders under R500.

Please note, collection is available only during store hours and excludes furniture items.

Furniture collection from our warehouse

You can collect your furniture order for free from one of our distribution centres in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Nelspruit, Bloemfontein or Gqeberha.

Here's how:

Select "Collect" at checkout.
Select the warehouse that's most convenient for you.
We will contact you when your order is ready for collection.
Bring your ID and order details to the warehouse when you collect.
