Free collection for orders over R650

You can collect your order from 1300+ TFG stores countrywide. Collect orders under R650 for only R25. Free collection applies to orders over R650.

Your order will be ready for collection within 3-5 working days from the order date.

Here's how to use Bash Collect:

• Select "Collect" at checkout.
• Choose the store that's most convenient for you.
• When your items are ready for collection, Bash will send you a notification and a PIN.
• Bring your ID and PIN to the store you chose and pick up your order.
• Collection is only available during store hours and excludes orders of furniture items.

Furniture collection from our warehouse

You can collect your furniture order for free from one of our distribution centres in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Nelspruit, Bloemfontein or Port Elizabeth.

Select the "Collect" option during checkout and select the warehouse that's most convenient for you.

Bash will contact you when your items are ready for collection.

Bring your order details and ID to the warehouse when you pick up your furniture.
