Check Orders in your Bash profile for each parcel’s latest status and, where available, its expected collection date. “Collect from” is the expected date; it does not confirm that the parcel is ready. Wait for Ready for Collection and your collection notification and six-digit Collection Code before travelling. Dates may change as your order progresses. If no expected date is shown, you can still check the parcel status.
Your order will be sent to the TFG store you selected at checkout.
To check its progress, open your profile and select Orders. If the order contains more than one parcel, each parcel may move through the journey and arrive at the store at a different time.
Only travel to the store once the relevant parcel shows Ready for Collection and you have received the collection message with your six-digit Collection Code.
