How long do I have to collect my order?

You have eight calendar days to collect your order from the applicable Ready for Collection date.

If another parcel in the same order becomes ready later, the collection window resets. The latest collection message will show the date by which the order must be collected.

Store trading hours are not included in the collection message, so please check the store's opening hours before visiting.
