For standard Click and Collect from a TFG store, bring:
- your order number; and
- the latest six-digit Collection Code received.
You do not need to bring identification for standard store collection. Someone else may collect on your behalf using the order number and latest Collection Code. Only share the code with someone you trust.
Furniture warehouse collections follow a separate process and may require identification.
