Once your order is placed and paid, you can't edit it yourself — that includes adding or removing items, or changing the payment method or personal details.
Delivery address: you can't change it yourself, but if you spot a small mistake (like a wrong house number on the same street) get in touch — once your order is with the courier we'll try to help. Bigger changes, like a different suburb or city, aren't possible. See What to do when an incorrect delivery address was chosen.
Should you not want the order you can refuse the delivery, return at any of our TFG stores or arrange a collection via courier.
