Where planned dates are available, checkout and order confirmation show the latest date across the order, while parcel tracking shows a date for each parcel. Parcels may become ready on different days. Only collect parcels marked Ready for Collection, after receiving the collection notification and Collection Code.
Yes. If your order contains more than one parcel, the parcels may become ready on different days.
You can either:
- wait until every parcel shows Ready for Collection and collect everything in one trip; or
- collect the parcels that are ready and return for the remaining parcels later.
After a partial collection, a new six-digit Collection Code will be sent for the remaining parcels. Always use the latest Collection Code received and check your collection messages before travelling to the store.
