When is it possible?
- If the new address is within the same immediate area, such as a different house number on the same street or around the corner.
- If you need to update the recipient's contact details (name, email, or phone number).
For these scenarios, please wait to contact us until your order has been handed over to our courier. You can check the handover status in the order tracking section of your profile. We cannot make any changes before the courier receives your order.
Please note: Changing your delivery address will make your delivery take longer.
When won’t it be possible?
If the new address is outside the chosen delivery area (such as a different suburb, city, or province), we cannot change it. If neither you nor a trusted person will be available to accept the order at the original address, we'll return it to our distribution center. You'll receive a refund once the order arrives back at our facility.
