How can I track the status of my online return?

Once you've logged your return request, you'll get a collection reference number. Use it to track the collection status with our courier via this link


Our couriers will contact you when they are on the way to collect your items. You can also check the status of each item in your order on your profile.


Refunds take 3-10 working days to reflect after the returned items have been received back at our Distribution Centre and will be processed back to the original method of payment.
