I never received confirmation that my return was successfully logged?

Once you've submitted your return request, you'll get a collection reference number. 

Slip it into this link to track your courier's ETA. They'll also give you a call when they're 

on their way. You can also check the status of each item in your order on your profile.

Once your items have been collected and inspected at our warehouse, we'll process 

your refund within 3-10 working days. It'll be sent back to the original payment method, 

so don't worry about a thing.

Refunds can take up to 10 days to reflect back in your account.
