Yes. Someone else may collect your order on your behalf from the selected TFG store.
Give the person your order number and the latest six-digit Collection Code received. Identification is not required for standard Click and Collect from a TFG store. Because the code allows the order to be collected, only share it with someone you trust.
Furniture warehouse collections follow a separate process and may require identification.
