How do I get my refund and how long does it take?

We'll give you an immediate refund or exchange if you return your items to a store. 

If you paid with Instant EFT, card or MoreTyme, you'll get cash back. For MoreTyme, a cash refund means your facility won't update.

If you're returning by courier, we'll need to inspect your items first. Once they're approved, 

we'll process your refund within 10 business days.

Refunds can take up to 10 days to reflect back in your account.
