How do I get my refund and how long does it take?

We'll give you an immediate refund or exchange if you return your items to a store. 

If you paid with bank card, Apple Pay, EFT, Capitec Pay, or RCS card, you'll get cash back. 

If you're returning by courier, we'll need to inspect your items first. Once they're approved, we'll process your refund within 7 working days.

Refunds can take up to 7 working days to reflect back in your account.
