I haven't received my collection pin. What do I do?

Head to your profile and check your orders. Collections that have been delivered to your 

pickup point will say "Ready for Collection."

If your order contains multiple packages, you'll receive a notification for each delivery with 

your latest collection date and a unique pin for each collection.

If you can see that your item has been delivered to your pickup point, but you still haven't 

received your pin, please get in touch and we'll help you out.
