Don't worry, it can sometimes take up to 5 minutes.
If you still haven't received it after that, try these steps before requesting another OTP:
- Be sure that you've entered the email address or mobile number that you use to log into your Bash profile.
- Check that you've typed in your email address or mobile number correctly.
- Note that we only send OTPs to email addresses and South African mobile numbers.
- Check your junk/spam folder - add Bash to your saved contacts to prevent this in future.
- It could be a device/carrier issue. Please restart your phone and make sure it's connected to the network.
Psst! Did you know that load shedding can also affect the delivery of OTPs? If you think that's the case, try again later when the power is back on.
