Don't worry, it can sometimes take up to 5 minutes. If you still haven't received it after that, try these steps before requesting another OTP:
- The OTP is sent to the email address or phone number that’s been added to your online profile on Bash. Make sure the contact information on your profile matches the number you expect to receive the SMS on.
- It could be a device/carrier issue. Please restart your phone and make sure it's not roaming off the network.
- Remember, we only send the OTP to South African numbers.
Psst! Did you know that load shedding can also affect the delivery of OTPs? If you think that's the case,
try again later when the power is back on.
