Please bring the item to a store for an immediate exchange or refund, or arrange a courier collection.
If the item was "sold by Bash" or falls under a category requiring courier return, contact us via the help widget in the bottom right corner of the screen and we'll log the collection for you. We'll process your refund as soon as we receive the item at our warehouse.
