Once your order has been placed and paid, we can't change the delivery method.
Bash delivery
When your order is delivered through Bash delivery, we will attempt delivery three times. If we are unable to reach you after three attempts, we will return the parcel and process a refund once the parcel is received at our fulfilment centre.
RAM, OTD and RTT
We can't change the delivery method when your order is delivered through RAM, OTD and RTT.
