What are the shipping options and what do they cost?

Delivery

Delivery is free on orders over R650. Orders under R650 have a delivery fee of R60. Furniture delivery fees are calculated at checkout.

We deliver between 9am and 5pm from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. 

If an expected delivery date is shown at checkout, in your order confirmation or in Orders, use that date as your guide. Checkout and order confirmation show the latest date across your items, while tracking shows a date for each parcel. Expected dates may change.

If no expected date is shown, delivery usually takes 2–4 working days, up to 7 working days in regional areas and 7 or more working days in remote areas.

Furniture is delivered separately from other items. If an expected furniture delivery date is shown, use that date as your guide and check Orders for updates. If no expected date is available, furniture delivery usually takes 5–10 working days. We will email you to confirm your scheduled delivery date.

Collect

You can collect orders under R650 from over 1300 TFG stores for only R25. Collect for free on orders over R650.
