Delivery
Delivery is free on orders over R500. Orders under R500 have a delivery fee of R60. Furniture delivery fees are calculated at checkout.
We deliver between 9am and 5pm from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Most orders are delivered within 3-5 working days.
Delivery to regional areas can take up to 7 working days.
Furniture deliveries take place 5-10 working days after an agent contacts you to arrange a delivery date.
There may be slight delays during peak periods. But we'll let you know if your order has any issues.
Collect
You can collect orders under R500 from over 800 TFG stores for only R25. Collect for free on orders over R500.
Sometimes, we need to source your items from multiple locations. This means that your order may arrive in multiple packages, and they may not arrive on the same day.
