Delivery
Delivery is free on orders over R500. There is a delivery fee of R60 for orders under R500. Furniture delivery fees are calculated at checkout.
We deliver between 8am and 6pm from Monday to Friday. We deliver to residential addresses on Saturdays between 8am and 6pm, however this excludes business addresses. We do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays.
Orders are delivered within 3-5 working days.
Delivery to regional areas can take up to 7 working days.
Furniture is delivered 5-10 working days after receiving an email confirming your scheduled delivery date.
There may be slight delays during peak periods. But we'll let you know if your order has any issues.
Collect
There is a collection fee of R25 for orders under R500. Collection is free on orders over R500. You can collect orders from 800+ TFG stores.
Find your nearest store
Sometimes, we need to source your items from multiple locations. This means that your order may arrive in multiple packages, and they may not arrive on the same day.
