Why did Bash cancel items in my order?

When an item is not suitable for sale, we remove it from your order and refund you for the cancelled item.

• If you paid with TFG Money, the funds will be reversed and you will not be charged for the item. The funds will take 3 to 10 working days to reflect in your account.
• If you paid by Card or Instant EFT we'll refund the money straight back into the relevant account. This will take 5 to 10 working days to reflect in your account.
• If you paid with a gift card we'll replace it within 10 working days.
