Why did Bash cancel items in my order?

When an item is not suitable for sale, we remove it from your order and refund 

you for the cancelled item.

If you paid with TFG Money, the funds will be reversed and you will not be charged 

for the item. The funds will take 3 to 10 working days to reflect in your account.

If you paid by Card or Instant EFT we'll refund the money straight back into the 

relevant account. This will take 5 to 10 working days to reflect in your account.

If you paid with a gift card we'll replace it within 10 working days.
