Inventory issues
- There may have been errors in our inventory system and by the time we packed your order the item was out of stock.
- The item might have defects or not meet our quality standards.
Shipping issues
- Order wasn’t collected within 8 working days in store
- Delivery attempt failed 3 times
Invalid TV licence
To comply with South African regulations, we require a valid TV licence number for all TV purchases. A valid TV licence means you've paid your annual SABC subscription fee of R265.
If we don’t receive a valid TV license number, we cancel the TV from the order. Other items in the same order will still be processed.
Cancelled items are refunded to the original method of payment. For more information on refunds, see related articles “Articles in this folder” at the bottom or the right of this page.
