We've sent your refund, but it can take a few days to show up depending on how you paid.
First, check the date
Your refund email shows the date to expect it. If that date hasn't passed yet, your refund is still on track — you don't need to do anything.
| Payment method | How long after we send it |
|---|---|
| eGift card | Up to 2 business days |
| TFG Money | Up to 3 business days |
| Credit or debit card | Up to 7 business days |
| EFT or Instant EFT | Up to 7 business days |
| RCS | Up to 7 business days |
| MoreTyme | Up to 7 business days |
| Payflex | Up to 7 business days |
Business days don't include weekends or public holidays.
Where to look
Card refunds don't always appear as a new transaction. Some banks reverse the original charge instead, so check your statement around the date you placed the order, not just recent transactions.
RCS, MoreTyme and Payflex refunds reduce what you owe rather than paying money out. Check your balance or remaining payments, not your bank account.
TFG Money and gift cards show up in your account balance.
Paid with two methods? Your full refund goes to one of them. See How do refunds work when I paid with more than one payment method?
