What happens if I don't collect my order in time?

If you do not collect the order within the eight-calendar-day collection window, the uncollected parcel or parcels will be cancelled and returned.

Any refund due will be processed to the original payment method once the cancellation and return have been completed. Refund timing depends on the payment method and processing status.

If the collection deadline has passed and the order status is unclear, contact Bash Support with your order number.
