How long will my refund take during peak season?

Refunds are processed as quickly as possible, but may take a bit longer during high-volume weeks.

Typical timelines:

  • In-store returns: Refunds are usually immediate once processed in store.

  • Online returns: Refunds to the TFG Money Account will be reflected within 48 to 72 hours, while Credit Card and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) refunds require 5 to 7 working days to be reflected, and replacement eGift cards will be sent via email or SMS within two days.

We’ll send you confirmation as soon as your return is processed and your refund has been released.
If there are any unexpected delays, 
we’ll do our best to keep you informed — otherwise, please contact our Support Team should there be no updates for more than 7 working days 
after refunds have been processed.
