Can I return items purchased during the festive season?

Yes! Our standard returns policy applies within 30 days of delivery, but keep in mind:

  • You have the same return window as usual

  • Returns collections may take longer during the festive season due to high volumes

  • Courier services may experience delays

  • Stores may have varied trading hours during public holidays

Return options:

  1. In-store return: Return items at any appropriate TFG store (check which store sold the item)

  2. Online return: Log a return through your Bash profile and arrange courier collection

We understand that waiting can be stressful during busy periods.
Our teams are working closely with courier partners to keep collections and refunds moving as quickly as possible, and 
we’ll keep you updated.
If your return or refund is taking longer than expected, we’ll reach out to let you know what’s happening and when you can expect the next update.

For the fastest experience, in-store returns are recommended — most refunds are processed immediately once the item is inspected.
