Which items can’t be returned?

We cannot accept returns of items that cannot be resold due to hygiene reasons or items that have been personalized or customized.

• Underwear and lingerie
• Swimwear
• Socks
• Hosiery (e.g., tights and stockings)
• Bodysuits

Jewellery

• Earrings
• Piercing jewellery
• Modified jewellery (e.g., resized rings)
• Engraved jewellery

Beauty

• Toiletries
• Cosmetics and make-up

Food

• Edible products

Customised products

For example made-to-order mattresses, custom couches and engraved jewellery.

Items not sold by Bash

If we receive an item that was not sold by Bash, we won’t be able to process a refund. We’ll arrange for the item to be returned to you using our courier and send you a single email with the courier name and waybill details so you can track it.
