Items can be fulfilled from various locations, including our stores and warehouse facilities. Returns are processed differently depending on the origin of the purchase.
- Items purchased from a TFG store can be returned to any TFG store from which they originate. For example, items purchased from Totalsports must be returned to a Totalsports store.
- Any items listed as “sold by Galaxy” and “sold by Bash” can only be returned via courier. This includes furniture items.
Where can I find the 'sold by' store?
Simply go to the order history in your profile on bash.com or the Bash app. You’ll find the ‘sold by’ store information for each item in your order there."
