Where an expected furniture collection date is displayed, use that date as your guide and check Orders for the latest information. Furniture follows a separate fulfilment journey and may have a later date than other items. The expected date may change. Please wait until we contact you to confirm that your furniture is ready before travelling to the collection location.
If no expected date is available, furniture collection usually takes 5–10 working days.
Yes. Eligible furniture orders can be collected free of charge from an available Bash distribution centre. Furniture collection is separate from Click and Collect at a TFG store.
To collect furniture:
- select Collect during checkout;
- choose an available distribution centre;
- wait for Bash to contact you when the order is ready; and
- bring your order details and identification when collecting.
If your basket contains furniture and non-furniture items, the Collect option may not be available. Move the non-furniture items into a separate order before checking out.
