Not to worry, your order might be coming in multiple shipments. Just check the status of each shipment on your profile on the web or app.


If all items show as delivered on your profile, please chat with us so we can investigate and resolve this for you.


To get in touch, open the Help widget at the bottom right of the screen and choose 'Returns'.
