Not to worry, your order might be coming in multiple shipments. Just check the status of each shipment on your profile on the web or app. 


If all items show as delivered on your profile, then you can easily request a refund


Chat with us to get a refund - open the Help widget at the bottom right of the screen and choose 'Returns'.
