Your six-digit Collection Code is sent when the first parcel in your order is scanned as Ready for Collection at your selected TFG store.
If the order contains more than one parcel, the parcels may become ready on different days. If you collect some parcels before the rest are ready, a new Collection Code will be sent for the remaining parcels. Always use the latest Collection Code received.
Check your email inbox, junk and spam folders, as well as the latest SMS sent for the order. Do not travel to the store until the relevant parcel is marked Ready for Collection and you have received a Collection Code.
