Can I pick up an online order at any store close to me?

You can choose from the eligible TFG stores shown during checkout. Select the store that is most convenient for you before completing payment.

Once the order has been paid for, the collection store cannot be changed. The order must be collected from the store shown in your order details and collection message.

Wait until the relevant parcel is marked Ready for Collection and you have received your Collection Code before travelling to the store.
