Do you have overnight or express delivery options?

We currently only offer standard delivery or collection.

If an expected delivery date is shown at checkout, in your order confirmation or in Orders, use that date as your guide. Checkout and order confirmation show the latest date across your items, while tracking shows a date for each parcel. Expected dates may change.

If no expected date is shown, delivery usually takes 2–4 working days, up to 7 working days in regional areas and 7 or more working days in remote areas. There may be delays during peak periods.

Furniture is delivered separately from other items. If an expected furniture delivery date is shown, use that date as your guide and check Orders for updates. If no expected date is available, furniture delivery usually takes 5–10 working days. We will contact you to confirm your scheduled delivery date.
