Why can’t I track my order?

Ensure your details are correct. Updates about your order are sent to the email address and cellphone number you provided when placing your order. 


Once your order has been paid, you'll receive an email with an estimated delivery date and a link to track your order on your Bash profileThere may be slight delays in sending confirmation to you but we'll do our best to get it to you as soon as possible. 




If you are unable to track your order within 24 hours of placing it, then Chat with us open the Help widget at the bottom right of the screen and choose 'Collect and Deliver'.
