What is your collection policy?

Collect from a TFG store

You can collect from 1300+ TFG stores countrywide. Collection is free for orders over R650. Orders under R650 cost R25 to collect.

Where your order shows an expected collection date, use that date as your guide. Check each parcel’s latest date and status in Orders in your Bash profile. Where no specific date is available, the general estimate is 2–4 working days from the order date.

“Collect from” is an expected date, not confirmation that your parcel is ready. Expected dates may change and parcels may become ready on different days.

How do I use Bash Collect?

• Select Collect at checkout and choose an eligible store.
• Wait for the Ready for Collection notification and six-digit Collection Code.
• Bring your order number and the latest Collection Code to the selected store.
• Collect during store opening hours. Furniture follows the separate distribution centre process below.

You do not need identification for standard TFG store collection. After a partial collection, a new Collection Code is sent for the remaining parcels. Always use the latest code received.

Furniture collection from a Bash distribution centre

You can collect furniture free of charge from an available distribution centre in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Nelspruit, Bloemfontein or Gqeberha. Select Collect at checkout and choose an available distribution centre. Wait for Bash to contact you when your items are ready, then bring your order details and ID. If your basket contains furniture and other items, the Collect option may not be available. Check out the furniture and other items in separate orders.

If an expected furniture collection date is shown, use that date as your guide and check Orders for updates. If no expected date is available, furniture collection usually takes 5–10 working days. Wait for Bash to confirm that your furniture is ready before travelling.
