If you're travelling and won't be available for delivery:
Best option: Choose collection instead
Select "Collect" during checkout
Choose a store near your travel destination or along your route
Pick up when it's convenient for you
You'll get an OTP when your order is ready
If you've already ordered for delivery:
We cannot change delivery to collection after the order is placed
We cannot change your delivery address if it's outside the original delivery area
If no one is available to accept delivery after 3 attempts, we'll return the order and process a refund
Send someone else:
You can send a trusted person to accept delivery at your address
